- Mirror compatibility
- Specified mirror compatibility; the mirror is not necessarily supplied.
- Wiper heating
- A heated area where the windshield wipers rest, separate from rear-window defrost.
- Tint
- Privacy glass is darker. Match the tint of the window being replaced.
- Head-up display
- Choose HUD-compatible glass if driving information is projected onto your windshield.
- Sound insulation
- An acoustic interlayer helps reduce sound passing through the glass.
- Glass type
- Laminated and tempered glass have different construction. Match the specified type for your vehicle.
- Edge finish
- Encapsulation is a molded surround bonded to the edge of the glass.
- Driver assistance
- Glass specified for driver-assistance equipment. Camera and sensor configurations still need to match.
- Solar control
- Glass with solar-control properties. This is separate from privacy tint.
- Antenna
- An antenna incorporated into the glass. Match the vehicle’s antenna configuration.
